If you wish, we can add a photo cut-out that will accommodate a wallet size photo.

For $4 each, we can add a Swarovski crystal birthstone to your plaque.
SHIPPING:
All plaques take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete and are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail
within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping is $4 for the first plaque, $2 for each additional plaque.
